The plot was evidently meant to be a mystery with clues, but instead has become completely incomprehensible and I’m like 90% certain that when everything is revealed, it will actually not make sense and there will be serious inconsistencies between book 1 and 2 and within the books.I waited a year for KOTC and cringed so hard reading the second book.
